Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married spouses) reside in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students; responsibilities include administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning/leading development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a fixed placed-houseparent role after initial placement. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
