Job Summary
Live-in Full-Time Flex Houseparents for on-campus student homes: a two-person, married-couple role providing daily supervision, mentorship, and structure for 8–13 students, including supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning recreational and developmental activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include substantial total compensation per couple (salary per person listed as $44,768) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires experience with youth, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke- and weapon-free campus and alcohol restrictions; candidates must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications
