Full Time Pa

Two-person, married-couple Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. The position operates on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, with on-duty duties and unscheduled time during school days; relocation assistance and paid training provided. The role requires experience with youth, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and alignment with Judeo-Christian chapel services.
