Job Summary
Full-time two-person Flex Houseparents on-campus live-in role providing supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8 students in dedicated student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. The position requires the two spouses to be legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, and to complete individual employment applications. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits and housing."
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. drivers license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
