Job Summary
Full-time on-campus Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions, and engage in developmental/recreational activities; schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role and includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
