Job Summary
Full-time position for a married couple to serve as Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, with a phased transition to placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training; requires two-person couple living on campus, age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- No more than three dependent children per household
