Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students; duties include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental activities, daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off schedule and eventual placement in a single student home; relocation assistance and paid training provided; requires a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27+, HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Two-person role for couples
- Willingness to complete individual employment applications
