Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from rotating nine-on/three-off duty to a placed home with the same group of students; benefits include housing, meals on duty, healthcare, retirement options, PTO, and relocation assistance. Two-person, married-couple requirement with at least two years of marriage and both spouses aged 27+.

- High school diploma or GED

- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Must be age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license or ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
