Job Summary
Full-time two-person Flex Houseparent couple to reside in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and support for ~8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and budgeting/reporting. After hire, couples rotate nine days on, three off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Willingness to live on campus in student homes
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Willingness to complete individual employment applications for consideration
