Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a flex assignment to a placed houseparent role. The position includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a salary of $44,768 per person (roughly $168,000 total per couple). Requires both spouses to apply individually and to be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
