Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on campus in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Schedule begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, with eventual placement in a steady student-home assignment. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requires experience with youth, a two-person married couple, both spouses aged 27+, driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to be certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel services
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
