Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise and mentor a group of ~8–13 students in a home setting; duties include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting; initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a fixed student-home placement; requires strong commitment to student development, youth supervision, and ability to work as a two-person married couple in a family-like living environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

- Must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses must complete individual applications
- No more than three dependent children in the home
