Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person married couple resides in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role features a nine-on/three-off schedule initially, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement within the same student home. The position includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits. High school diploma or GED is required; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old. A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to drive student vans are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, two-person role
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
