Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes at Milton Hershey School, serving as a two-person married couple to supervise and guide a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-day-on, three-days-off schedule and transitions to a Fixed Houseparent placement with the same group of students.
