Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, as a two-person married couple responsible for eight to thirteen students in a student home. They provide daily supervision, mentorship, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition toward a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. The role requires a legally married couple (minimum two years), both spouses aged 27 or older, a high school diploma or GED, a U.S. drivers license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
