Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person couple) reside on campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care and mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, handle budgeting and reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off duty pattern and eventual placement in a single student home; benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Both spouses must apply individually; high school diploma or GED required; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift 50 lbs and drive student vans; strict campus conduct; on-campus housing and meals included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
- Proven integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role models
