Job Summary
RN or LPN needed for 1:1 pediatric home health care in a full-time role with overnights and weekend day shifts in Mounds View, MN. Provides care for children with medical complexities (tra ch, ventilator, g-tube) in home settings; training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care provided; flexible scheduling with night and weekend bonuses. Sign-on bonus up to $4,000 for full-time nights; additional shift-based bonuses (+$1/hour on Weekdays nights, +$2/hour on Weekend nights, +$1/hour on Weekend days).
