Job Summary
RN or LPN for pediatric home health care providing 1:1 care to a child with a trach, vent, and g-tube. Full-time night and weekend day shifts in Mounds View, MN. Includes up to a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights and a night/weekend bonus structure with additional per-hour incentives. Training available with specialized hands-on instruction in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care; no prior pediatric experience required beyond heart and willingness to learn. Support from a 24/7 team; emphasis on flexible scheduling, meaningful one-on-one care, and helping medically complex children grow and thrive at home.
