Job Summary
RN or LPN needed for full-time, 1:1 pediatric home healthcare across multiple Woodbury, MN locations. Provide care for children with medical complexities (trach, vent, g-tube) in home settings, including overnight and weekend shifts with flexible schedules and a sign-on bonus for full-time nights. Training is provided in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care with 24/7 support. Prior pediatric home health experience is a plus, but willingness to learn and compassionate care are essential.
