Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to establish individualized treatment goals and design personalized plans incorporating therapeutic modalities and exercises. Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure quality one-on-one interaction while monitoring progress and adapting plans based on ongoing feedback. Provide education on lifestyle modifications and injury prevention, document all interactions accurately using WebPT, and collaborate with physicians and occupational therapists to coordinate comprehensive care. Focus on enhancing motion and mobility through cost-effective methodologies that reduce medication reliance.
Required Qualifications
- A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
- An active and immaculate Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
- Exceptional skills in various manual therapy techniques, complemented by a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
- Demonstrated ability to create successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient goals.
- Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for meticulous documentation and care coordination.
