Job Summary

Implement tailored treatment protocols, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care, and manage comprehensive discharge planning with meticulous documentation of interactions and summaries. Adapt to barriers in patient access using feedback and performance metrics to enhance care delivery. Engage in marketing initiatives and community outreach to promote clinic services.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A valid physical therapy license in the State of Virginia
- any necessary licenses for specific clinical duties
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a related setting
