Job Summary

Conduct thorough assessments to understand patient needs and set achievable rehabilitation goals for individuals with orthopedic conditions. Manage an individualized patient caseload by providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and functional training. Develop comprehensive treatment and wellness plans, educate patients to foster adherence, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach. Evaluate treatment outcomes and adapt strategies to enhance effectiveness while documenting all findings for continuity of care.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas with no history of disciplinary actions
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, exercise program design, and implementation

Desired Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting
  • Experience working in a high-volume outpatient orthopedic setting, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of current rehabilitation protocols and practices related to orthopedic care
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, to ensure accurate documentation and tracking of patient progress
