Job Summary
Conduct evaluations and assessments to establish baseline functional capabilities for patients. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans leveraging hands-on manipulation, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed while documenting accurately in CureMD EMR. Provide evidence-based patient education and facilitate communication among healthcare team members to promote coordinated care. Focus on adult patients aged 40 to 65 with conditions including post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility impairments. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Possession of an active or eligible NJ Physical Therapy license
- Strong clinical skills, including hands-on techniques and therapeutic modalities
- Excellent communication abilities to foster relationships with patients and healthcare colleagues
- minimum of 2 years of professional experience in physical therapy
