Job Summary
Assess and diagnose patients with orthopedic conditions through thorough evaluations, then create and implement customized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices. Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to facilitate recovery while educating patients and families on injury prevention and management strategies. Collaborate closely with physicians and the medical team to ensure cohesive care, regularly monitor progress, adjust modalities, and document outcomes in the EMR system. Focus primarily on patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related trauma, postoperative rehabilitation, and chronic orthopedic pain. Maintain current professional development to provide optimal care within our collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license issued in the state of Nevada
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or outpatient therapy setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute individualized treatment plans
- A compassionate, patient-centric approach
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of an integrated healthcare team
