Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to establish patient baselines and develop tailored treatment plans for athletes and adults with musculoskeletal conditions. Administer one-on-one physical therapy sessions addressing sports injuries, surgical recovery, and chronic pain while monitoring progress through regular reassessments. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, provide clear patient education on treatment methodologies, and participate in a structured mentorship program with a fellowship-trained therapist.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Current and valid physical therapy license (MPT or DPT) to practice in the state of Colorado
- A strong commitment to providing evidence-based, patient-centered therapy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Available for full-time work in Loveland, Colorado
