Job Summary
Design and implement individualized physical therapy plans based on comprehensive evaluations and patient goals. Conduct assessments to identify functional limitations, administer treatments including manual therapy and therapeutic modalities, and provide education on rehabilitation routines. Direct physical therapy assistants, ensure adherence to protocols, and monitor patient progress by adjusting care plans based on ongoing feedback. Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to contribute to collaborative care strategies. This outpatient role serves a diverse population ranging from post-operative clients to those managing chronic conditions within a modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art modalities.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
- One (1) year of relevant experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient setting
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
