Job Summary
Manage a caseload of approximately 35 patients weekly, delivering personalized therapy including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education to restore mobility and alleviate pain. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop customized treatment plans aligned with individual rehabilitation goals, while educating patients and families on effective home exercise regimens. Document all patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards through efficient EMR documentation. Work onsite at our outpatient office in Corvallis, Oregon, serving a diverse population including geriatric patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a related setting
- Proficient in manual therapy techniques
- Possess a clean, professional license without any disciplinary actions
