Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of adult patients aged 40-65, developing personalized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Monitor and adjust protocols regularly to respond to patient progress, while utilizing CureMD EMR for documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and occupational therapists to discuss patient care and enhance collaborative outcomes. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in our Millstone Township outpatient clinic, engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated on latest rehabilitation techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license or be eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- Demonstrated strong clinical reasoning
- exceptional communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- previous outpatient experience
- Experience with electronic medical records, particularly CureMD
