Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgical procedures, or chronic conditions to build comprehensive understanding of their needs. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, employing exercise, manual therapy, and equipment use. Document treatment sessions meticulously, including patient responses and progression toward therapeutic goals. Regularly reevaluate patients' therapeutic goals and modify treatment plans to reflect evolving needs. Advise on and fit patients with assistive devices, conducting training for patients and families in proper use. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices by participating in professional development workshops and seminars. Work onsite at our Naples, Florida outpatient facility with a diverse patient population including children and adults.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Valid state license to practice in Florida
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a physical therapist
- Experience in outpatient therapy settings
- Experience with diverse patient populations
