Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and set tailored recovery goals. Utilize therapeutic modalities and techniques for orthopedic outpatient care, managing a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour while maintaining accurate care records. Develop personalized care plans based on current research, coordinate with medical professionals, and analyze treatment outcomes to enhance quality. Encourage patient engagement throughout the recovery process. This role supports individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, including athletes, within a collaborative team of two physical therapists and one assistant.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- A valid state Physical Therapist License with no pending disciplinary actions or board issues
- Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT
- Experience in orthopedic outpatient care
- Manual therapy techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Work onsite in our welcoming outpatient office from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
