Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans and implement hands-on manual therapy techniques alongside exercise-based rehabilitation programs. Educate patients on their conditions and recovery strategies while continuously assessing progress to adjust approaches based on clinical judgment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to align on patient goals and discuss care strategies during regular meetings. Manage a diverse outpatient population including surgical recoveries, sports injuries, and chronic pain cases using state-of-the-art therapeutic tools.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Texas PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Demonstrated ability to perform therapeutic assessments and develop effective treatment protocols
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A Master's degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting
- A demonstrated record of successful patient outcomes
- Experience with specific rehabilitation tools and methodologies such as therapeutic ultrasound, electrotherapy, and kinesiology taping
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
