Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans across orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine specialties. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions onsite or remotely while educating patients and caregivers on rehabilitation protocols. Monitor progress continuously to adjust techniques and ensure alignment with physician-designated plans of care. Achieve minimum utilization goals and maintain high customer service standards within a collaborative outpatient clinic environment.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT)
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing
- Comfort with electronic health record systems
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with patients
- A commitment to a collaborative team approach
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an outpatient setting
- Specialization in one of the aforementioned therapeutic areas
