Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to optimize care, manage discharge planning, and ensure timely, accurate documentation of all encounters and progress reports. Actively engage in hospital and community marketing initiatives to promote wellness and expand access to specialized rehabilitative services. The clinic serves a diverse patient population including those with musculoskeletal disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, neurological conditions, and chronic pain management. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday in a modern outpatient office setting equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology.
