Job Summary
Assess patients' individual needs, establish attainable rehabilitation goals, and manage a caseload of one patient per hour to provide focused orthopedic treatment. Apply expertise in manual therapy and exercise protocols to enhance range of motion and mobility, while examining outcomes and adjusting care plans based on clear patient communication. Comprehensively document all services rendered within the WebPT Electronic Medical Record software and engage patients in motivational discussions to optimize adherence. Work onsite in Bennett, Colorado, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, collaborating with a small team of two physical therapists and one assistant.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid Colorado license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Strong expertise in creating personalized exercise protocols
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings
- Strong competence in utilizing WebPT or similar EMR systems to streamline patient records and treatment documentation
- A track record of effectively working alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care
