Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing medical history and performing specific assessments to determine treatment recommendations. Implement evidence-based protocols tailored to unique needs, adapting approaches based on progress and evolving healthcare landscapes. Communicate findings and plans to patients and families while collaborating with healthcare professionals to update care plans as necessary. Manage discharge planning and accurately document all interactions, treatments, and charges in accordance with regulations. Serve a diverse population including post-surgical, sports injury, chronic pain, and neurological cases. Work onsite Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- current license to practice in Virginia
- strong understanding of rehabilitation practices
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
