Job Summary

Implement evidence-based protocols effectively while maintaining open communication with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans as conditions change. Carry out thorough discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions. Manage time efficiently to meet productivity benchmarks and accurate scheduling for appointments. Provide care to a diverse population including post-surgical patients, those recovering from sports injuries, and individuals with chronic pain or neurological disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting
- Experience working with outpatient rehabilitation, particularly in the areas of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
