Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including analysis of medical history and targeted assessments, to design individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and sports injuries. Effectively communicate findings and treatment strategies to patients and families while implementing evidence-based protocols and adjusting them based on progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to document changes in patient conditions, manage discharge planning, and maintain clear records from initial evaluation through discharge. Engage in departmental initiatives to improve patient access and quality of care, including participation in community outreach and marketing activities. Commit to ongoing professional education and mentorship, providing guidance to students and peers within the organization. Work onsite Monday through Friday in our outpatient clinic in Charlottesville, VA.
