Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist at Superb Life Living Physical Therapyin Charlottesville, V

Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including analysis of medical history and targeted assessments, to design individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and sports injuries. Effectively communicate findings and treatment strategies to patients and families while implementing evidence-based protocols adjusted for patient progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to manage discharge planning, document care activities, and maintain clear records from initial evaluation through discharge. Engage in departmental initiatives to improve patient access, participate in community outreach, and mentor students and peers. Work onsite Monday through Friday in our outpatient office, adhering to productivity expectations and supporting continuous professional development.
