Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients to assess physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, modalities, and exercise prescriptions tailored to individual patients. Monitor and document patient progress to modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with physicians' recommendations. Engage with patients and families to provide education on treatment protocols and home exercises. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care solutions for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Work a standard Monday to Friday schedule with a 40-hour weekly commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey
- Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records systems
- A commitment to building relationships with patients
- A passion for helping them achieve their functional goals

Desired Qualifications
