Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery using therapeutic techniques, exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities. Develop individualized treatment plans to address specific patient needs and track progress meticulously while adjusting protocols based on ongoing evaluations. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and assistive device usage, and host training sessions for caregivers on best practices. Maintain knowledge through continued education workshops and networking with professionals. Work onsite in a modern outpatient office Monday through Friday, earning a competitive salary between $100,000 and $120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid state license in Physical Therapy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and patient management
- Flexibility and agility in adapting to diverse patient needs and treatment plans
- Current CPR Certification
