Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic health issues. Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical outcomes to achieve therapeutic goals, utilizing exercise regimens, manual therapy, and advanced equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility. Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes while educating patients and families on self-care and assistive device use. Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices through continuing education and professional organization engagement. This full-time role includes flexible Monday through Friday schedules and offers a comprehensive benefits package with mentorship programs for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong word processing and computer skills
- A current state license in Physical Therapy
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic clinical environments and patient needs
