Job Summary
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities through therapeutic exercises and modalities like electrical stimulation and ultrasound. Educate patients on proper body mechanics while guiding hands-on support for pain relief and recovery. Maintain detailed documentation of progress metrics and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists. Prepare treatment areas efficiently and provide emotional support to diverse patient populations ranging from geriatric to pediatric and post-surgical cases. Adhere strictly to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols during all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist in Nevada
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- A commitment to professional development and adherence to current best practices in rehabilitation
Desired Qualifications
