Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities to design individualized treatment plans, utilizing therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities to promote pain relief and functional mobility. Document patient progress thoroughly while regularly reassessing individuals to adjust strategies for optimal health outcomes. Educate patients and families on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques, collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and certifications to integrate latest methodologies into practice. Work onsite in Matawan, NJ, Monday through Friday, with a salary of $100,000 to $120,000.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- valid physical therapy license to practice in New Jersey
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems, word processing, and basic computer skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
- proactive approach to patient care and the ability to work independently within a team-oriented setting
- Prior experience as a Physical Therapist
- minimum of two years in an outpatient setting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, geriatric therapy, or pediatrics
