Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, formulate individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based protocols while communicating strategies to patients and families. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes, maintain accurate documentation, and manage appointments to meet productivity expectations. Participate in departmental meetings, community outreach, and quality improvement processes to support accreditation and local service visibility. Work onsite at our Woodbridge, Virginia Rehabilitation Center with diverse outpatient populations, including post-operative and chronic pain cases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current and valid Physical Therapy license as required in Virginia
- American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting
- Experience with documentation systems, EMR software, and treatment modalities specific to physical rehabilitation
