Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities to develop customized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions. Implement hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs, utilizing educational techniques to empower patients with long-term health strategies. Maintain organized patient records in CureMD EMR and assess progress over time to adjust treatment strategies based on evolving recovery targets. Focus primarily on adult patients aged 40 to 65 in a collaborative outpatient setting with MDs, OTs, and PAs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- valid physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and connect with patients effectively
Desired Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
