Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, sessions, and progress within electronic health record systems to ensure regulatory compliance and continuity of care.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in Virginia
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the principles of physical therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to patients clearly
- Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking patient progress
