Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical capabilities and limitations, then develop individualized treatment plans incorporating exercise regimens, manual therapy, and specialized equipment. Monitor and document progress meticulously while adjusting protocols based on outcomes, and educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques for ongoing recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians to ensure comprehensive care across diverse populations ranging from children to the elderly. Maintain current clinical knowledge through workshops and seminars, actively participate in case discussions, and utilize state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools within our outpatient Keansburg, NJ facility.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- A valid and active State License in Physical Therapy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
