Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, analyzing medical histories to develop personalized treatment plans for spinal conditions, post-operative care, and orthopedic injuries. Clearly communicate findings and strategies to patients and families while implementing evidence-based protocols tailored to individual needs. Maintain ongoing communication with multidisciplinary team members to adjust care plans as conditions change, oversee discharge planning, and accurately document all interactions and treatments. This onsite role runs Monday through Friday at our Palm Beach rehabilitation center, which utilizes state-of-the-art technology and collaborates with occupational therapists and medical doctors.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida
- Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical documentation standards
- Experience in spine care rehabilitation
