Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical condition and rehabilitation needs, then develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to optimize outcomes while continuously monitoring progress through accurate documentation. Educate patients and caregivers on self-care strategies and device usage, adapting approaches for diverse populations ranging from pediatric to geriatric cases. Collaborate with healthcare professionals within the network to provide integrated care solutions. This role supports a holistic rehabilitation approach within our outpatient facility in Bradenton, Florida, offering a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care and wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state license in Physical Therapy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing a varied caseload and patient needs
- Monday to Friday work hours
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
