Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to create tailored treatment plans addressing individual recovery goals. Implement therapeutic techniques including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and functional training to facilitate recovery. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on evolving needs. Educate patients and families about exercise techniques, self-care practices, and assistive device usage. Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in word processing and computer applications
- A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to treatment and patient care
